Rebecca provided leadership as Director Energy Programs during my tenure as the CEO of Prospect Silicon Valley (ProspectSV) in San Jose, CA.
ProspectSV was awarded a grant by the California Energy Commission to create the first ever Net Zero grocery store in Noe Valley San Francisco and was hired to lead this challenging effort. Rebecca’s extensive background in complex mission critical projects provided the experience and forethought necessary to create a cohesive team with design and construction implementation while managing Prospect SV’s relationship with the California Energy Commission.
Her strong personal values of integrity, commitment and dependability were of immeasurable value to me personally and to the organization as a whole. The uniqueness of this uncharted path of Net Zero in a new building type required critical thinking, strong leadership and deep insights into the cause and effect of each team members’ actions.
Rebecca would be an asset to any organization in whatever capacity she is placed. Rebecca is a strategic resource with the skills to sort through and execute on the myriad of options and their dependencies that most businesses confront today. I would highly recommend her and am confident she will seek to solve difficult problems with great success.
Ruth Cox, Principal RFC Enterprises [Former CEO of Prospect Silicon Valley (ProspectSV)]
'Rebecca is a rare gem in the professional world. I have seen her in action and would strongly recommend her services to anyone looking for a high energy, hard working, no nonsense executive who can create change and momentum where needed in any aspect of a business. I think Rebecca is especially strong in the areas of "project management" and "innovation and strategy".
She is a critical and analytical thinker. Her approach to managing successful outcomes on complex projects is relentless and is built on precise communication of expectations and documented checks and balances. It works because of her strong and motivating leadership style. Rebecca is a "no excuses", "get it done or get out of the way" kind of person who delivers results.
But perhaps the most inspiring strength of Rebecca's is her sense of care, ownership, and the pride she takes in her personal work. She takes responsibility for her client's problems, for their satisfaction, and for the results she commits to deliver which, in my book, is a somewhat rare and dying sentiment these days'
Rick Rowland, IBM Client Executive
'Rebecca provided project management services during my tenure as Verizon’s Director of National Design/Construction…Rebecca provided the project leadership necessary to meet our demanding budget and schedule challenges. Her substantial, early contribution afforded her and her team the opportunity to work on some of the most strategic projects in the Verizon portfolio. Her list of accomplishments is only exceeded by her strong personal values of integrity, commitment, dependability and professionalism. In addition, her ability to think and act strategically provided a much-needed resource to continue to affect change throughout the real estate organization.
In short, she would be an asset to any organization. She should be viewed as a strategic resource with the skills to sort through and execute on the myriad of strategic options and their dependencies that most businesses confront today. Whether it is real estate/facilities, internal organizational challenges or optimizing the use of resources, her perspective helped simplify some of our most complex projects, while successfully managing in a challenging corporate culture. In retrospect, I can think of few people in my career better able to represent these interests as effectively as Rebecca.'
